This show features Shane Sullivan on drums, Mark Winner, piano on Yellow Submarine, Something and The Long And Winding Road, I added the rest (vocals - lead and harmonies -, bass guitar, guitars - rhythm and leads, harmonica, piano on Penny Lane and Lady Madonna)..
John Winston Lennon, James Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr (Richard Starkey)
All four from Liverpool, England. On July 6, 1957, the sometimes bass player in John Lennon’s band “The Quarrymen” introduced Lennon and McCartney. Paul showed John how to tune his guitar, and then sang a few songs. Two weeks later Paul was in the band. February 6, 1958, George Harrison is introduced and auditions for the band. John is impressed by his playing but not happy he is only 14 years old but in the end he is invited to join. August 18, 1962 drummer Pete Best was fired and Ringo becomes the final piece to the puzzle.
February 9, 1964, 73 million Americans (1 out of 3 households) heard those words from my famous uncle Ed Sullivan Lady’s And Gentlemen, The BEATLES!
